Emotional support · at your home or by video
Becoming a mother changes everything, and not all of it fits in a cute announcement. This is a place to say all of it out loud: the joy, the fear, the grief, the overwhelm, and the parts you haven't told anyone.

Whatever you're navigating
You don't have to carry it alone
Pregnancy worries
Fear about birth, about money, about whether you're ready. Big feelings are normal.
Becoming a mother
Who you are now, what changed, and making peace with the parts of your old life you miss.
Overwhelm and exhaustion
The days that blur together, and finding small ways to come up for air.
Your relationships
Your partner, your family, the people who help and the ones who don't.
Feeding feelings
Guilt, pressure, and grief when feeding doesn't go the way you hoped.
Anything else
If it's weighing on you as a mother, it belongs here.
Your birth story
Every birth stays with us
The way you gave birth stays with you, whether it was beautiful, frightening, or somewhere in between. Talking it through with someone who understands birth can help you make sense of what happened and carry it differently.
- Telling your story, start to finish, to someone who wants to hear it
- Making sense of moments that happened fast or felt out of your control
- A past birth that still hurts, even years later
- Getting ready for your next birth after a hard one
- Honoring a birth that went beautifully, too
How a session works
An hour that's just for you
- Book your time. Pick "Emotional support" as your focus. You can share a little ahead of time, or nothing at all.
- We talk. At your home or by video. You set the pace, and nothing you say is too much.
- You leave lighter. Sometimes with a next step, sometimes just with having been heard.
- Come back when you need to. A package means support is there when the next hard week comes.
Pricing
Two simple ways to book
Same price at your home or by video. Package sessions work for any area of support, so you can mix and match as you go.
After checkout, your confirmation email has a link to pick your day, time, and focus, and whether you want a home visit (Othello & the Columbia Basin) or video.
If you need more than I can give
I'm a doula, not a therapist or counselor, and my support doesn't replace mental health care. Postpartum depression and anxiety are common and treatable, and your doctor or midwife can help.
Reach out right away if you feel hopeless, can't sleep even when baby sleeps, or have thoughts of harming yourself or your baby:
- National Maternal Mental Health Hotline: call 1-833-852-6262 (24/7)
- Postpartum Support International: call or text 1-800-944-4773
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988
- In an emergency, call 911
