Infant sleep · at your home or by video
Gentle, responsive sleep. No cry-it-out, ever. Babies are made to be close to their mothers, and more rest for your family doesn't have to mean pulling you apart. I help you find a way to sleep that keeps baby close and keeps everyone as safe as possible.

My approach
Close, responsive, and safe
I co-slept with all of my babies, and I believe more families need someone to explain how to do it safely, instead of being told to put distance between mother and child. Whether your baby sleeps in your bed, in a sidecar crib, or in a bassinet beside you, my job is to help you set it up safely and get more rest.
I don't do sleep training, scheduled crying, or "extinction" methods. Ever.

Bed-sharing safety basics
Bed-sharing is safest when all of these are true:
- Baby is breastfed and was born healthy and full term
- No one in the bed smokes, and no one is affected by alcohol, drugs, or medicines that make you drowsy
- Baby sleeps on their back, lightly dressed, not swaddled, and not on a pillow
- The mattress is firm and flat, with no gaps baby could slip into
- Heavy blankets and pillows are kept away from baby
- Never on a sofa, couch, recliner, or armchair
If any of these don't fit your family, a separate safe sleep space right next to your bed keeps baby close. We'll figure out what works for you.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends room-sharing without bed-sharing. Talk with your pediatrician about what's right for your baby. My support is non-medical.
How a session works
A sleep plan built around your family
- Book your time. Pick "Infant sleep" as your focus and tell me baby's age, where everyone sleeps now, and what's hard.
- We look at your setup. At your home or on camera, we walk through your sleep space and your nights.
- You get a plan. Safety changes, gentle rhythm ideas, and ways to get you more rest.
- Adjust as baby grows. Sleep keeps changing, and a package lets you check in when it does.

When to call the pediatrician
Call your pediatrician for breathing pauses, noisy or labored breathing, snoring, a baby who is very hard to wake, or any sleep worry that feels medical. Call 911 if baby isn't breathing or is turning blue.
